Itemised — prep, primer, resin, aggregate blend, sealer if applicable, finish. No hidden extras.
Base prep
Either laying a fresh open-graded tarmac base (for new jobs) or scarifying and priming the existing tarmac/concrete (for overlays). The base determines the life of the resin bound.
Primer application
Bonding primer keyed into the base so the resin bound adheres properly.
Resin-and-aggregate mix and lay
Resin and pre-selected aggregates are mixed on-site in exact ratios, trowelled out across the drive, and levelled to a smooth finish. Weather has to be dry and above 5°C for a full cure.
Cure and handover
Foot traffic is safe within 4-6 hours, vehicle traffic within 24-48 hours depending on temperature. We walk you through the finished drive and leave you our direct number for any snags.
